why did it seem more tiring to bum around at home the entire day?
nothing but a tee shirt on, i never felt so beautiful...
i stuffed myself with marshmallows, fries, nuggets, calamari rings with lots of chilli.
flopped onto the big cushions in front of the telly.
ibu and nana had been in front of the black box for almost a whole day???
i didnt feel like doing anything.
especially not econs.
my revision pace has been creeping

it does make me worry, but ibu is freaking out.
i think i have been smacked by the lazy bug.
as i watched the defence force vehicles drive past during the national day parade, i think singapore is wasting a lot of money on its defence. it is undeniably true that it is comforting to know we have such a tight defence system and its people will feel safe and secure being in their own country but i think it is a tad too much money wasted on the defence force. i wonder why would others want to attack singapore? we are not rich in any raw materials, not even rubber and certainly a small country would not survive another hiroshima-like bombing. these vehicles are hardly used (did you see how spotlessly clean they were) except maybe for trainings. and there is more to what was paraded. of course its debatable again that it makes the citizens feel safe to know that their country is unquestionably prepared, but that is one of the reasons why prices are now soaring and interest rates have risen.
the jet fighter planes display was awesome, as usual.
the f-16s were just doing their cool stuff in the sky. wor.
i remembered the first time i watched pearl harbour.
i was awestruck the way they flew those fighter jets.
and starstruck by josh hartnett.
the closest i can get to a pilot is my relative, Cik Jaafar who flies SIA as captain.
Cik Tipah is one very lucky woman.
bapak told us that one of his friends was working in the defence force and his job required him to take care of stuff at the changi airbase.
initially he was dumbfounded because he couldnt even see what we was supposed to be taking care of, but later he realised that the Singapore's fleet of f-16 fighter jets were so well camouflaged in the airbase itself that he could not even see them.
finally got to admire the fireworks display from our balcony.
simply breath-taking.
went to hit my notes again.

i think my sister is really cute. sometimes i cant help it but to pinch her cubby cheeks. i love her alot. and she never fails to make me smile. =)
